In 2012 I photographed some of the very skilled Northamptonshire shoemakers from Joseph Cheaney, Trickers, Springline, Jeffrey West and Stamp Shoes. 7 years later I have been returning to the subjects Scott, Sonny, Dan, Aasen, Mel, Michael and David, to rephotograph them and see what has happened in the intervening years. I am using the same technique, the same lighting and timing - just after the Friday lunch shutdown. I will publish once all are complete.
